Radcliffe & Me

Two athletes both halted from running endeavours by a broken toe. A coincidence, or something that happens to all athletes of this calibre? I bet she didn't collide with a sofa though.

    A while ago a certain Mr Beckham, who apparently plays association football rather well, broke a metatarsal, which I recall is not unadjacent to the toes. His X-rays were plastered all over the press for the world to gaze upon. Could we not have something similar for you (and Ms Radcliffe)? To add a little culture, an X-ray in the style of Rembrandt or Vermeer, perhaps?
